Is “strength of competition” something you’ve added personal bias to as well? If an American HW gets in a cage that says UFC on the canvass 3 times in 3 years, is his strength of competition automatically better than a Russian HW who gets in a cage 9 times in 3 years, because the canvass says some other name on it? Isn’t every MMA match taking a chance that some random strike doesn’t catch you? Can 2 wins in 3 tries over the course of 3 years really be miles above 9 wins in 9 tries?
